Mô tả công việc
• Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), and fixed assets.
• Manage monthly and yearly closing processes, ensuring accurate financial statements in compliance with VAS
• Review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements before submission to the
finance manager and external auditors.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely responses and compliance with audit recommendations.
• Coordinate cost accounting activities: calculate standard costs, track actual production costs, analyze variances, and provide management with profitability insights.
• Conducted product cost analysis for IT service contracts and resale projects, ensuring accurate margin tracking.
• Participated in the budgeting process and worked with
project managers to align financial projections with project timelines and resource needs.
• Reviewed and monitored expense reports, purchase orders, and inventory adjustments to ensure correct cost allocation.
• Supported tax filing (VAT, PIT, FCT, CIT) and ensured compliance with local financial regulations.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position within the IT industry (required).
• At least 4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a Senior Accountant or equivalent position.
• Solid understanding of accounting, tax regulations, and related legal requirements.
• Proficient in accounting software (such as MISA, FAST, SAP, or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with logical thinking, attention to detail, and integrity.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
