Yêu cầu
Candidates need to fulfill the following criteria:
• University graduates in finance, accounting and auditing
• Good analytical skill, self-driven and persuasive
• High teamwork spirit, responsible and decisive
• Strong English language capabilities
• Strong management skills and soft skills
• Hard working, responsible and willing to learn
• Mature attitude and highly committed
• Capable of supporting and mentoring employees.
• Capable of taking full responsibility for own and teams work.
• Able to manage in a motivational and respectful way
• Minimum of 2 years in a professional services/corporate environment, working as an auditor, tax advisor or payroll specialist
• Sound computer literacy (MS Excel, Word and Power Point essential)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good project management skills with the ability to multi-task.
EXPERIENCE
• More than 2 years' experience in Finance and Accounting management at foreign outsourcing services companies
• Over 4 years' experience in Accounting or Consulting/Payroll/HR jobs
