Supply Chain Director

- Manage all functions of the Supply Chain to ensure effective movement of inbound raw material and outbound goods
- To manage and align the inbound and outbound services to support Operations,
- To develop the monthly production schedule with attendant materials requirements planning based on the sales forecast
- Responsible for continuous improvement to ensure the efficient and effective management of the Supply Chain Function Job Summary:
- To arrange ordered goods delivery plan, follow up the status of shipment, guarantee to complete the goods on time and in full
- To develop, implement and maintain a system to support the production planning process with accurate, timely information.
- To manage and monitor the receipt and issue of raw materials to manufacturing facilities to ensure production requirements are met
- To develop a system to ensure accountability for the inventory strategy and plan
- To manage demand, supply and financial exceptions to meet business objectives
- Manage activities between purchasing, manufacturing and distribution with focus on raw material, communication of expectations and, integration of finished goods inventories with the sales forecast
- To conduct budget analysis for relevant departments in conjunction with respective the respective manager
- To manage outbound deliveries of all finished goods to customers in line with service levels as agreed upon
- To manage the repacking facility to ensure constraints with respect to production facilities are eradicated
- Identify potential supply issues and working with relevant stakeholders to resolve them
- To manage and monitor the transfer of raw material and stock from warehouses
- To manage and develop the supply chain team (performance management, coaching, training, etc.)
