Supply Chain Supervisor (FMCG)

The main purpose of this role is to supervise the Supply Chain operation for Highlands Coffee Consumer Packaged Goods business. This position will support commercial function to implement efficient and effective Supply Chain & logistics processes. The function would be the main point of contact in terms of demand planning, inventory management and procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive S&OP by following the calendar and ensure timeliness of activities
Responsible for product demand planning in coordination with sales team.
Responsible for setting the optimum inventory levels considering cash net working capital & end customer service level.
Supervise procurement, to ensure product availability by monitoring planning & delivery plans while maintaining inventory at the right levels, avoiding obsolescence & ensuring best inventory turnover.
Work with internal logistics provider (Thai Kien Service) to supervise the logistics processes that ensure best customer service level and optimum cost.
Responsible for conducting regular meetings with sales, logistics provider and key customers to review and improve efficiency & customer satisfaction.
Set the KPIs and reporting system for the CPG Supply Chain function.
Develop and improve the performance of department staff (Customer Service Executives).
Settlement of supply chain issues and feedback to Commercial Head on regular basis
Take initiatives in driving improvement projects
