Supply Planning Executive (temp 6 months)

Mô tả Công việc
- Order raw materials to ensure correct and sufficient supply for factory production according to prescribed inventory levels.
- Check inventory / Production plan to schedule delivery of raw materials to the warehouse according to production plan and prescribed inventory limit.
- Coordinate with Procurement team to monitor material delivery progress to have reasonable urging and rescheduling to ensure production planning and prescribed inventory limits.
- Monitor actual delivery progress compared to plan to make appropriate adjustments to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Update seasonal raw material supply information to plan orders according to the factory's supply needs.
- Coordinate with packaging teams to ensure formula changes/AW matching to save costs and minimize SLOB.
- Order raw materials according to the timeline for new products.
- Make material forecasts
- Handle arising issues related to late/early material delivery schedules, issue materials, pending PR...
- Inventory report
- Report on raw material usage needs by month
*Work at Can Giuoc, Long An factory (16km from HCMC), shuttle bus supported
