We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team and operate technical recruitment function. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be involved with full cycle recruitment while driving our employment branding initiatives to position Absolute as an employer of choice.
Accountabilities will include:
- In charge of technical recruitment for Vietnam team, including the following roles: Engineering Manager, Product Manager, Software Engineer, QA Engineer, UX Designer, Technical Support Specialist...
- Leverage a variety of mediums to proactively source and seek out top talent in the market; Update the pool of candidates for future recruitment.
- Develop a recruitment programs that align with our company goals and drive employment branding initiatives
- Build effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates to understand hiring requirements and technical skillsets
- Manage successful working relationships with stakeholders (candidates, line managers, internal departments, etc.), working as a seamless part of the HR operation
- Drive internal event and team - building activities
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
Yêu cầu
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, ideally in the IT industry
- Strong experience with proactive sourcing and building high quality talent pipelines
- Experience in candidate management, interview management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (both with English and Vietnamese)
- Strong sense of urgency
- Passion for working in a fast paced, results oriented environment
- Technical experience / education is a plus
- "Can-Do" attitude
