Mô tả công việc

Develop and implement recruitment plans for recruitment requirements
Develop job descriptions for positions that need to be recruited.
Develop and post recruitment notices on recruitment channels.
Search, receive, screen and check candidate profiles.
Conduct preliminary screening for candidates with suitable profiles.
Confer with departments to schedule and conduct interviews, receive and summarize interview results; make salary offers to successful candidates and send thank you letters to unsuitable candidates.
Participate in building and developing the company's recruitment sources and channels.
Participate in building and managing candidate databases.
Participate in building and implementing programs to build the company's recruitment image.

Yêu cầu

Have at least 6 months of experience in recruitment at IT companies or Headhunt
Have good English skills (from IELTS 6.5 or higher)
Dynamic, good communication skills, negotiation skills, persuasion, presentation, good planning and work management skills
Ability to work at high intensity and withstand work pressure
Priority is given to candidates who have worked in large-scale human resources companies, companies operating in the IT Outsourcing field

Quyền lợi

Attractive salary: 10,000,000 - 14,000,000 VND/month.
Probation period 90% salary.
Working time: Monday - Friday.
13th and 14th month salary
Salary review twice a year
