Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment activities with a strong focus on mass hiring for production and operational positions. This role plays a critical part in building effective candidate pipelines, expanding recruitment sources, and supporting employer branding activities to ensure timely workforce fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Mass Recruitment: 70%
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for mass hiring and operational positions.
• Source candidates through multiple recruitment channels including job portals, Facebook groups, Zalo, referrals, local communities, schools, job fairs, and direct sourcing activities.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support urgent and high-volume hiring demands.
• Conduct CV screening and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up and monitor recruitment progress to ensure hiring targets are achieved on time.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate records, and hiring reports.
• Support onboarding activities and new hire orientation when required.
Recruitment Sourcing and Employer Branding: 20%
• Develop and expand recruitment sources to improve hiring effectiveness for mass recruitment.
• Design recruitment posters, hiring content, and social media posts using tools such as Canva.
• Support employer branding initiatives through online and offline recruitment campaigns.
• Participate in job fairs, community hiring events, and university activities to attract candidates.
• Promote company culture and working environment across recruitment channels.
Reporting & Administrative Support: 10%
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
• Monitor candidate status, recruitment progress, and onboarding documentation.
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or College degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or mass hiring environments.
• Strong experience in sourcing and mass recruitment is highly preferred.
• English for communication
• Experience using recruitment platforms and social media hiring channels.
• Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools for recruitment materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring demands.
• Dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
Working location: Amata IP, Dong Nai city
Working hour: Mon - Sat (8:00 - 17:00) (2 Sat/month)
