I/ Job Summary:
Your Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on mass hiring for the F&B industry. You will develop sourcing strategies, build talent pools, and ensure a seamless recruitment process to meet workforce needs.
II/ Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute recruitment strategies, especially for high-volume hiring needs
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to forecast and understand workforce requirements
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs,...
Conduct screenings and interviews, and organize onboarding processes
Update candidate database and prepare recruitment status reports
Enhance employer branding to attract top talent
Contribute to HR operations and support internal activities

III/ Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in F&B or Retail industry
Proven experience in mass hiring is a big plus
IV/ Compensation:
Salary based on experience and skill sets
Social insurance and Health insurance
Yearly health check
Yearly performance bonus (according to Company Performance)
Discounts in our bakery, cafes, and lounges
TLC trial card (250.000 VND/month)
Company trips and other company activities
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Proactive mindset with a passion for recruitment
Good English skills, both verbal and written
