The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing, selecting, and attracting talent to meet the company's staffing needs. This position requires at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify Recruitment Needs:
Collaborate with various departments to understand job requirements and recruitment criteria.
Determine and plan appropriate recruitment strategies to meet the company's needs.
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize recruitment channels such as the company's website, social media, job boards, and other platforms.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
Screening and Evaluating Candidates:
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
Organize and participate in face-to-face interviews with candidates.
Assess candidates' abilities and suitability for the positions.
Manage Recruitment Process:
Communicate and track the interview process of candidates.
Ensure the recruitment process is completed within the timeline and adheres to company policies.
Prepare and send job offer notifications to candidates.
Support Recruitment Strategy Development:
Propose and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels and adjust as necessary.
Build Recruitment Brand:
Create and maintain a positive image of the company in the eyes of candidates and the labor market.
Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company's brand.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in recruitment (IT &NonIT)
Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using online recruitment tools and HR management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prefer candidates with recruitment experience in Information Technology.
Good at English.
At least 2 years of experience in recruitment (IT &NonIT)
