ABOUT JOB:
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in regional recruitment activities while working closely with hiring managers and recruiters across Asia. This internship is designed for ambitious young professionals who are passionate about talent acquisition and looking to build a long-term career in Human Resources.
Location: 6 Phung Khac Khoan Street, Ho Chi Minh city.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Support recruitment activities for positions across Asia.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and prepare candidate shortlists.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Post job advertisements and manage job postings on various platforms.
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Conduct market mapping and talent research projects.
Assist with onboarding and recruitment administration activities.
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring activity updates.
REQUIREMENTS:
Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, English, or a related field.
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Interest in Talent Acquisition and HR as a long-term career.
