2. REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 03 years of working experience in IT recruiting, preferably with experience in global recruitment
Decent knowledge of the IT industry, including technologies and market trends
Experience in recruiting for IT positions.
Prior experience in recruiting for the US market is a plus.
Expertise in and smart command of various recruitment channels and social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, and others) to attract top talent.
Strong recruiting skills (Candidate sourcing, hunting talents, convincing passive candidates, interviewing, negotiating offers...).
Good at MS office and computing skills
