You'll make an impact by
Driving end-to-end recruitment activities across a diverse range of professional and project-based roles.
Partnering with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and deliver hiring outcomes aligned to project timelines.
Building talent pipelines and strengthening Siemens Mobility's employer brand in the Vietnam market.
Supporting onboarding and workforce mobilization activities for newly hired employees.
Acting as a trusted partner to managers on people-related matters, employee experience, and workforce planning.
Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
Collaborating with regional and global stakeholders across Siemens Mobility.
What You'll Bring
Experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or People & Organization functions.
A strong track record of delivering recruitment outcomes in fast-paced or project-driven environments.
Experience supporting workforce mobilization, project hiring, or business growth initiatives.
The ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong prioritization, organisation, and project management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Professional proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
It's a plus if you have
Experience in rail, transportation, infrastructure, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or similar industries.
Exposure to HR Business Partnering or broader HR responsibilities.
Experience working in international or matrix organisations.
