Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Junior - Senior)
Job Description:
Build and maintain a candidate network through job boards, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Align with hiring managers on needs and ideal profiles.
Provide guidance on interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Perform reference checks and background verification.
Maintain accurate recruitment records.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
English: Basic communication skills.
Knowledge & Experience: At least 1.5 years of recruitment experience, with a preference for mass recruitment (in the education sector).
Skills: Experience using multi-channel approaches to attract candidates.
Preferred: Familiarity with HR software, performance evaluation, and implementation of assessment systems.
