I. ABOUT 4P's CORPORATION

II. ROLE PURPOSE
Manage end-to-end recruitment for professional, managerial, and specialized roles, attracting high-quality talent aligned with 4P's values and business needs. Build strong talent pipelines and partner with business leaders to support organizational growth and strengthen company culture.
III. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations for professional and managerial roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
2. Stakeholder Partnership
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and HRBPs to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
- Provide market insights and talent recommendations to support hiring decisions.
3. Sourcing & Candidate Experience
- Proactively source talent through LinkedIn, professional networks, headhunting, and industry events.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely, transparent, and respectful communication.
4. Process Excellence & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, fair hiring practices, recruitment standards, and data privacy requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, requisition tracking, and ATS data.
5. Data & Reporting
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and insights to the Senior Manager, TA, and relevant stakeholders.
4P's: Maintain integrity, impartiality, and confidentiality throughout the recruitment process, including candidate assessments, hiring decisions, and agency partnerships.

V. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written); native Vietnamese.
- Preferred: Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD).
VI. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 4-6 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in professional or managerial hiring.
- Proven track record in recruiting specialized and leadership talent across functions.
- Experience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, FMCG, or other service-driven industries is preferred.
