Grant Thornton (Vietnam) Limited is an independent member firm of Grant Thornton International. We are a leading professional services organization in Vietnam providing Audit, Tax, Advisory and Business Process Solution Services. We have a professional team of 13 partners and more than 350 professional staff in offices located in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
To meet the demand of our growing practices, we're looking for a qualified candidate to fill in a position of Recruitment and Training Development Senior of our Ho Chi Minh City office. Detailed tasks of and required qualifications for this position are as follows:
1. RECRUITMENT
Manage & implement employer branding
• Manage and Build employer branding action plan, design, update HR information on the company website.
• Attend career fairs, visit local college campuses or universities and any other creative methods to locate qualified individuals.
• Plan and control integrated content, job advertisements monthly via social media platforms and job boards.
Interview and Hire Talent
• Work closely with department managers to obtain their demands, define job requirements, unique selling points to ensure recruitment service is delivered excellently.
• Be able to conduct interviews to decide whether senior management should proceed with a formal interview.
• To perform the hiring process which may include collecting and filing paperwork, ordering background checks, and providing new employee orientation assistance.
Build and Manage Talent Pool
• To build up and maintain a healthy pool of qualified applicant's database.
• Build talent pool to source critical and high potential talents in the industry for current and future recruitment.
2. TRAINING
Training budget monitoring
• Supports in preparing and manage the training budget for whole Firm.
• Maintains updated quotations and expenses on training courses of international qualification, soft skill training and regional courses.
Training plan and records
• Manage Firm Training Database and maintains the updated training records.
• Follows up the training plan from service lines, coordinate for compulsory professional schemes, international courses by Grant Thornton International.
• Execute training registration procedure.
• In charge of training logistics and other admin works required by Firm
Yêu cầu
Required Qualifications & Skillset:
• Exceptional communicator and great negotiator
• Well-organized and detailed- oriented
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business administration or equivalent experience in related fields.
• At least more than two year working experience in relevant field in international organizations or foreign-owned companies.
• Good command in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and social media platforms
