About the job Job Summary We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring for leadership and professional positions across the organization. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of recruitment experience, a positive working attitude, strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for connecting talents with career opportunities. English proficiency is a plus.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for hierarchy positions, including Team Leader, Supervisor, Manager, and specialist roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
Source, screen, and assess candidates through various recruitment channels.
Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with candidates and stakeholders.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide hiring reports as required.
