Talent Relation Specialist

a) Provides advice and counsel to managers and supervisors regarding personnel practices, policy and employment laws
b) Coordinate with outsourcing payroll vendor to resolve cases relating to Mandatory Insurance, Income Tax
c) Administer healthcare insurance processes; review liability reports and monitors program costs; and recommends policy changes to the head of human resources
d) Plan, organize & conduct internal activities to promote company culture
e) Review and implement the company's health and safety policy
f) Order and maintain office stationary
g) Conduct exit interviews to ensure proper information is captured, recorded, and is available for analysis
h) Track and report key metrics designed to measure employee engagement score, document and analyze data in order to improve the health of working environment
i) Any other assignments and responsibilities that may be assigned by the team leader
