Mô tả công việc
- Working closely with customers, stakeholders and team members.
- Determining requirements and providing project estimates and timelines.
- Solving issues and developing workarounds and alternative solutions.
- Identifying and removing bottlenecks that impede the progress of projects
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Reviewing code
- Providing leadership, support and motivation to technical team members.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong expertise or 5-7 years of experience on developing and successfully shipping web/applications for frontend using technologies such as Reactjs/ReactNative/Angular.
- Deep knowledge of frontend as ReactJS/ReactNative
- Hand-on design system with Micro-service architecture style and cloud.
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with the whole stack and protocols / Understanding of the full software life cycle
- Solid grasp of computer science fundamentals
- Critical thinker and good problem-solver.
- Experienced in running the project team size 5-20 members
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience work with Europe/US customers.
- Familiar with Agile Scrum/Waterfall framework.
- Nice to have:
- Experience working on E-commerce/Health Care/Fintech domain, varity of Domains
- Strong verbal frontend UI/UX.
