Fully Own and Drive for discipline from all stakeholders of monthly Forecasting Process as part of S&OP process cycle
Fully Own and Drive for Statistical Baseline Forecast improvements within given yearly target
Be a Business Partner, contribute his/her expertise in historical sales data to Business Unit in demand uplift assumption analysis, Launch forecast to drive for forecast accuracy improvement of total company
Be a Business Partner, contribute his/her analysis on 9-box ABC class, 9-box Sales/Profit on Product Portfolio to help maximize profitability
Manage Root Cause Analysis sharing to all stakeholders for to continuous improve Forecast accuracy
Troubleshoot and implement solutions to complex requirements.
Prepare & upload 78 weeks rolling forecast in volume into ERP system for monthly Demand Publish and Weekly Supply Network Planning following given dead-lines
Conduct regularly Fundamental Forecast Training to all stakeholders, new comers to ensure proper awareness and contribution to the entire Forecasting Process
Prepare monthly reports and presentations used in S&OP meetings
Assist Plan Manager in given Continuous Improvement Projects to improve functional performance
Advise Commercial
Finance Manager in case of calamities
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields.
Strong Planning background, a minimum of 2 years' experience in a demand planning/forecasting role.
Demonstrable knowledge of analytics and experience with analytics software SAP/APO
Ability to deal with ambiguity and to work with diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to understand key performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement enabled by technology.
Excellent written and verbal Vietnamese and English communication skills.
