Set up and operate gaming equipment for events and activations.
Install gaming PCs, consoles, VR devices, monitors, LED screens, and audio systems.
Support technical operations during live events and troubleshoot issues quickly.
Assist with booth setup, cable management, and equipment organization.
Perform equipment testing before and after events.
Coordinate with the operations and event teams to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain and manage technical equipment inventory.
Yêu cầu
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, maintenance, IT, or equipment/system operations.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
Strong understanding of low-voltage electrical systems, LAN/Wi-Fi networks, computers, and sensor devices.
Experience in managing a technical team is an advantage.
Proactive, responsible, and possessing strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
Candidates with experience working in gaming centers, VR centers, amusement parks, bowling centers, escape rooms, or technology-based entertainment venues are preferred.
