Mission:
- An inspector examines products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications.
- Responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance required for distribution and the market
Main Accountabilities:
1.
Business developmenta. Work closely with sale team for new projects (new trends, new products, toolkits, new/modified final products, ...)
b. Manage projects, sale pine line, report
c. Prepare monthly meeting
d. Build MKVN's image in VN market by seminar, workshop, visit customer, ...
e. Support to customer about technology problem, improved quality/ price, ...
2. Lab:
a. Manage the sample in lab, record input/output information
b. Request sample from foreign/warehouse
c. Send sample to customer, record and follow up.
d. Prepare tool - kit, finish products, test samples, . . .
e. Maintain lab in best operation condition: equipment, tool, . . .
3. Quality control:
a. Control and manage goods quality (by temperature, humidity, . . .)
b. Customer complaint: solve complaint (take complained sample to testing, send sample/ information to supplier, record and follow up)
c. Support to Logistic Team about Third-party's certificate (repair sample, send to testing, save the result).
1. Bachelor degree in chemistry engineering or related engineering discipline.
2.
Fresher, 1-2 years experiences is prefer
Skills:
1. Having knowledge about cosmetics and the cosmetic market is an advantage
2. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Officer
3. Attention to detail
4. Communication skills
5. Teamwork
6. Good English skills
