Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical
Sales Engineer with experience in electrical equipment, industrial products, automation, or M&E solutions to drive business growth in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
This role is ideal for candidates who have experience working with electrical distributors, contractors, industrial customers, or system integrators and are passionate about developing long-term business partnerships in the industrial and
electrical engineering market.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Channel Expansion
• Develop and expand distributor and partner networks for electrical and industrial products.
• Identify new business opportunities within industrial, infrastructure, construction, energy, and M&E sectors.
• Build relationships with electrical distributors, contractors, panel builders, system integrators, and industrial customers.
• Execute sales plans and achieve revenue targets across assigned territories.
Technical Sales & Customer Support
• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable electrical and industrial solutions.
• Deliver product presentations, technical consultations, and product training.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical-commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams and Headquarters to support customer projects.
Market & Competitive Analysis
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and channel performance.
• Propose market penetration strategies and product expansion opportunities.
• Monitor distributor sales performance and inventory planning.
Reporting & Coordination
• Maintain customer database and sales pipeline updates.
• Prepare sales forecasts and periodic business reports.
• Support regional business activities across Southeast Asia as required.
