Mô tả công việc
• Triage newly logged Incidents and Service Requests to ensure prompt and accurate line of investigation.
• Support healthcare software solutions tailored to client specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance DICOM and HL7 integration.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to software performance and functionality, ensuring 2nd line resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that improve radiology workflow efficiencies.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for software configurations, upgrades, and troubleshooting processes.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our offerings.
• Take ownership of Incidents and Service Requests, and prioritise your own workload with a continual focus on customers SLA's, ensuring Incidents are resolved within SLA.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare software or technical support.
• To be considered for this role you should have a strong background in healthcare IT, healthcare informatics, medical software, PACS, RIS or pathology / laboratory LIMS systems.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, DICOM, and HL7 standards.
• Familiarity with radiology workflows and system integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
