As a
Telesales & Chat Representative, you will be the frontline voice-and text-of Rabbit Care in Vietnam. We are looking for someone with a strong customer mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You won't just be reading a script; you will be actively consulting customers across phone calls and chat platforms (specifically Zalo), solving problems in real-time, and guiding them through their financial product choices with urgency and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers via phone calls and chat (Zalo) to consult on and sell various insurance and banking products.
Manage concurrent customer conversations via chat, requiring fast, accurate typing to maintain our quick response SLAs.
Guide customers through application processes, troubleshooting minor issues and handling objections with patience and a problem-solving mindset.
Manage leads efficiently, demonstrating a high sense of urgency and strong follow-through to maximize conversion rates.
Strictly adhere to operational processes, SLAs, and data management workflows.
Adapt quickly to new campaigns, system updates, and changing business needs.
Work overtime (OT) when required to support campaign targets and volume spikes.
A strong customer-first mindset with previous experience in customer service.
Strong typing skills and direct experience using the Zalo platform for professional customer communication.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new tools or chaotic situations.
Highly organized with the ability to stick to strict processes and follow-up schedules.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Willingness and flexibility to work overtime when needed.
