Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Tender Executive to join our team and support the preparation of bidding documents for solar power projects. The role involves handling both technical and commercial aspects of tender submissions to ensure comprehensive and competitive proposals for clients.
Job Responsiblities:
Technical Scope:
Prepare preliminary technical documents, including conceptual designs, simulation report of solar power generation using PVSyst
Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
Participate in client meetings to provide technical support and clarify technical aspects of the project when required.
Conduct site surveys when necessary to gather essential project data and assess site conditions.
Commercial Scope:
Develop bidding documents, including tender proposals, project execution plans, and compliance statements.
Work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure all required tender documents are accurately prepared and submitted on time.
Yêu cầu
1. Qualifications, Knowledge & Technical Skills:
Bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Basic understanding of solar energy systems.
Proficiency in English for effective communication.
Competence in using relevant software, including AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Possess a valid B2 driving license.
A business-oriented mindset or experience in commercial aspects of projects is an advantage.
2. Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tender submissions.
Strong attention to detail.
A proactive and fast learner, with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and industry trends
