Mô tả công việc

Receiving vessel plan and arrange for vessel arriving (contact with pilot, arrange berth, mooring, lashing/ unlashing, workers for each activity...)
Supervising/monitoring all activities/ equipment/ workers during discharging/ loading from/to vessel, make sure all activities operate smoothly, safety, maximum productivity and efficiency.
Co-operate with Planning team, Engineering, stevedores to solve the trouble during vessel operation.
Record all damage report on container/ cargo, working with vessel planner to submit and sign with vessel C/O.
Supervise/monitoring all activities/ equipment/ operators on yard, CFS, Gate , make sure all activities operate smoothly, safety, maximum productivity and efficiency.
Support other department / customers to perform their task if need.
Conduct regular inspections of the terminal and equipment to identify potential safety hazards or maintenance issues, and address them promptly.
Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to identify opportunities for process improvements, create procedure and training for staff.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, foreign trade, business administration, or a related field preferred.

- High proficiency in English both verbally and written.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.

- Knowledge of computerized terminal operating system will be an advantage.

- Minimum of 1- 3 years of experience in terminal or related field.

- Knowledge of yard operations, vessel operation in terminal.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
