JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare Management reports (Company level)
and perform variance analysis against budgets to understand gaps and propose
suggestions for improvements.
Deliver on a monthly basis, the management
reports of Tech and HR (with full explanation & analysis)
Working closely with the cross-functional
departments in order to monitor the actual expenditures vs budget/ forecast to
ensure the Management reports are properly reported and budget are monitored;
deviations should be alerted to the budget owner and management on time for
decision-making.
Support the budget owners by monitoring
their budget vs actual, provide informative & supportive analysis to help
on management's decision making.
Prepare and maintain the data model for
Business planning and budgeting
Design and implement necessary controling
tools, processes visualizations in order to ensure the accuracy, speed and convenience
of reports.
Provide ad-hoc reports or analysis required
by management team.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance &
Accounting. Having professional Accountancy qualifications (ACCA/CMA/CPA) is a
plus.

English: fluent in speaking & writing.
2. Skills
·
An analytical mind and a keen interest in
analysis coupled with business acumen.
·
Advance in MS Office (especially Excel),
Power Query, Power BI
·
Comprehensiveness of the analysis &
presentation of data.
·
Proactive, self-confident and a problem
solver who possesses excellent communication skills that will be required to
work with a wide range of stakeholders.

Ability to prioritize, multi-task, adapt to
a changing, fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines and commitments.
