Support job posting.
Check candidate/probationary staff documents upon interview and contract signing.
Create personnel ID, fingerprint codes, and 1Office accounts for new hires.
Manage stationery, beverages, and office equipment.
Plan and organize internal events and monthly birthday parties.
Greet and assist visitors, connect them with relevant departments.
Arrange schedules and prepare meeting rooms.
Other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Yêu cầu
Final year student or fresh graduate majoring in HR, Business Administration, or related.
Previous experience in Marketing or HR - Admin is a plus.
Good communication skills, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and grow in HR & Administration field.
English proficiency at intermediate level or above.
Available for full-time or part-time (minimum 3-4 days/week).
Working hours of the day: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM (Mon - Fri).
