COMPANY INTRODUCTION
The Canadian International School System - Vietnam (CISS-VN) operates three programs in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Canadian International School System - Vietnam (CISS-VN) consists of:
1. The Canadian International School (CIS) serving Kindergarten - Grade 12 students where the Ontario curriculum is taught. The IB Diploma Program is also offered to students in Grades 11 & 12.
2. The Canadian International School - Bilingual Program (BCIS) delivers the Vietnamese National Curriculum, from kindergarten to Grade 12 and the ESL program which is tailored to meet the needs for English language fluency. BCIS also offers students with 2 pathways in secondary (from Grade 9 to Grade 12): MOET high school diploma or IGCSE for A Levels.
3. The Albert Einstein School (AES) now offers education from Early Years (3 years) to Grade 12 (18 years). The program will be the Vietnamese curriculum from Early Years to the National Diploma and provide an international pathway from Grade 11 studying the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE Australia).
4. Canada-Vietnam Kindergarten (CVK): CVK's philosophy encourage young students to be curious, capable and active citizens on a journey where the seeds are planted for a lifetime love of learning

JOB DESCRIPTION
In charge of recruitment activities for both
local staffs and expats.
Conduct candidate search based on hiring
manager's requirements includes using relevant websites, Linkedin and/or
advertising, headhunting.
Be responsible for management and maintenance of
internal recruitment database (records of candidates and outcomes throughout
the process).
Carry out procedures related to labor
relations (welcome new staff, signing a probationary contract, terminating a
labor contract, etc.)
Induction for new comer, including initial
training and company tour.
Promote and be responsible for company image on
recruitment channels including: company websites, job posting sites and other
social channels.
Receive incoming/outgoing dispatches and papers, scan and
transfer them to competent authorities for settlement.
Perform other tasks as required by the Head of HR.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors or studying in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Digital Marketing:
Support
the fulltime dtaff in generating customer project ideas.
Asist
in market research, analysis of target compertitors, potential customers,
etc.
Monitor
and analyse data regularly and report results to management
Have
a strong sense of responsibility and diligence.
2. Content Marketing:
Manage
the company's social media pages, create content, and take care of the
Facebook, Instagram, Zalo fanpages.
Write
PR articles bases on the company's topics.
Write
website content for business.
Write
seeding content.
Collaborate
with the design department to brainstorm ideas for images and videos.
Contribute
creative ideas and content to the overall marketing campaign.
3.
Design Marketing:
Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop,
Premier, and other tools.
Design posters, banners, flyers, presentations,
email marketing, etc.
4. Account
Marketing:
Typically
intern at an agency, assist the account team in preparing complete project
information and documents.
Advise
and provide appropriate advertising package quotes for customers and responsible
for customer care thoughout the project
Support
the account in monitoring the project to ensure it is completed on schedule.
REQUIREMENTS
Internship from university majoring in marketing / journalism
/ media or related majors;
Good command of written and spoken English
Young, dynamic, creative and have good taste
Able to work independently and in team spirit
Confidence, enthusiasm and determination.
