Monitor and supervise the operations of the staff.
Ensure the hygienic condition, and landscape in public areas are by the prescribed standards.
To work as a public attendant if needed.
To assign tasks and supervise the implementation of staff.
To make plans, check and ensure: that sanitation and landscape in public areas always meet the set-out standards, all facilities, chemicals, and working tools needed for the implementation of staff are always fulfilled and qualified.
To direct, and train staff.
To carry out duties assigned by the Head of Department.
Other tasks requested by Assistant Housekeeper and Head of Department.
Oversee cleanliness of common areas including stairways, supply room, public & private laundries, and housekeeping office. Report if any happens over your permission.
Ensure smooth timely communication with all departments.
Recommend capital expenditure and special repair or maintenance programs.

Yêu cầu
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role within a hotel or resort environment.
Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleanliness standards, and environmental health and safety regulations.
Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and customer service orientation.
Basic English communication skills are preferred.
