Mô tả công việc
Supervise daily In-Villa Dining operations to ensure smooth service flow, quality standards, and guest satisfaction.
Coordinate order taking, preparation, delivery, and service with Kitchen, Stewarding, Housekeeping, and Butler teams.
Ensure all in-villa dining orders are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with brand standards.
Handle guest requests, special arrangements, and complaints professionally, ensuring effective service recovery.
Conduct daily briefings, assign duties, and manage staff schedules and rosters.
Train, coach, and support team members to maintain high service standards.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all service areas.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of service equipment and supplies.
Monitor stock levels, control costs, and support inventory management.
Prepare daily operation reports and communicate key issues to management.
Ensure compliance with Six Senses standards, SOPs, and service procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Yêu cầu
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or related fields.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in In-Villa Dining / Room Service / Supervisor roles at upscale hotels or luxury resorts.
Strong knowledge of F&B service procedures, room service operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Good leadership, team supervision, training, and scheduling skills.
Good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and guest service skills.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong service mindset.
