Mô tả công việc
* Objective of job:
- Create and manage production documentation
* Principle activities:
- Prepare and manage master data lists
- Create production plans for modifications and rework
- Create documentation for production processes, including machine setting data in production plans
- Recognize improvement potential in existing production plans and cooperate in development of suggestions for production improvement
- Manage customer data / information in production documentation, taking into account applicable standards and production-technical aspects
- Include all descriptions from the customer and internal product improvement excluding avoidable production interruptions at DRX and customer
- Implement work sequences and operations according to instructions, taking into account known production processes and time data for variants of a product according to ergonomic, production-technical and economic knowledge
- Describe production processes, work operations, work sequences and equipment, if necessary implementing optimum batch sizes in cooperation with the involved department
Yêu cầu
* Location for working in Quang Nam or Da Nang Office
* Location for 4-month initial training in Quang Nam
* Specialized knowledge/education:
- University degree in Mechanical design or similar fields (such as Automotive, Electric, Electronic, Automation, Industrial Management, Industrial System Engineering)
- Vocational / technical training usually acquired within six months to one year
- Knowledge and insight required for the application of practical methods and techniques, work procedures and processes
- Requiring a thorough knowledge of a vocational area
*Additional knowledge:
- Basic English (write and read)
*Competencies, acc. DRÄXLMAIER, competence model and career path:
- Standardized procedures and processes, and general work instructions
- Will be direct and regular monitored
- Think about own part of the overall process in the department, and take notice of interfaces
- Open for anything new and actively and independently expand own knowledge
- Identify with own goals and actively implement them
- Know the relevant goals and pursue them as part of own responsibility
- Flexible according to the necessity of completing the task
- Complete, timely and clear information transmission with suitable media
