Chuẩn bị bảng kê nguyên phụ liệu (BOM) và sơ đồ nhà cung cấp: Chuẩn bị bảng kê nguyên phụ liệu và hoàn thành sơ đồ nhà cung cấp theo từng mã đơn hàng thành phẩm đầu kỳ.
Theo dõi chứng từ nhập nguyên phụ liệu: Theo dõi và hối thúc NCC gửi chứng từ đúng hạn (hóa đơn, bảng kê hàng hóa, vận đơn), kiểm tra tính chính xác của chứng từ và lưu trữ.
Theo dõi việc sản xuất nguyên phụ liệu: Kiểm tra thông qua tác nghiệp cắt, phiếu cắt nguyên phụ liệu và thông tin nhập hàng nguyên phụ liệu. Đối chiếu thông tin giữa thành phẩm và dữ liệu sản xuất, đảm bảo tính chính xác.
Giám sát hệ thống của Khách hàng: (vd: hệ thống TrusTrace) Cập nhật thông tin yêu cầu khách hàng, phối hợp các bộ phận liên quan để xử lý yêu cầu của khách hàng.
Kiểm tra sơ đồ NCC trên hệ thống, đảm bảo đầy đủ thông tin.
Tổng hợp và phân tích dữ liệu khi có yêu cầu (bao gồm bảng kê nguyên phụ liệu, sơ đồ nhà cung cấp về những đơn hàng cần truy xuất).
Giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh khác trong quá trình làm việc.

Prepare the bill of materials (BOM) and supplier diagram: Prepare the list of raw materials and complete the supplier diagram according to each product code at the beginning of the period.
Monitor documents for importing raw materials: Monitor and urge suppliers to send documents on time (invoices, lists of goods, bills of lading), check the accuracy of documents and store them.
Material tracking in Production: From cutting voucher and trim voucher, collect material invoices. Compare information between finished products and production data, ensuring accuracy.
Monitor the Customer's system: (e.g., TrusTrace system) Update customer requests and coordinate relevant departments to handle them.
Check the supplier diagram on the system to ensure sufficient information.
Synthesize and analyze data when required (including raw materials list and supplier diagram of orders that need to be retrieved).
Solve other problems arising during work.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Logistics, Chuỗi cung ứng, Quản trị kinh doanh, Dệt may hoặc các ngành liên quan.
Thành thạo Excel và có kỹ năng
quản lý dữ liệu tốt.
Có khả năng giao tiếp và báo cáo bằng
tiếng Anh.
Cẩn thận, chi tiết và có khả năng làm việc với khối lượng dữ liệu lớn.
Có kinh nghiệm về Traceability, Sustainability hoặc các hệ thống quản lý chuỗi cung ứng là một lợi thế.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Garment/Textile, or related fields.
Good Excel and data management skills.
Good English communication and reporting skills.
Detail-oriented and comfortable working with large data sets.
Experience with traceability, sustainability, or supply chain systems is an advantage.
