Drive Growth Marketing for new store launches, ensuring strong traffic and revenue, while optimizing and standardizing for scalable expansion.
1. Strategy & Planning
Analyze customer data, local market, and competitors in new store areas
Build and optimize store launch plans by phases, ensuring store KPIs
2. Execution & Coordination
Execute store launch campaigns: promotion, POSM, activation, communication, local partnerships
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timeline and execution quality
3. Optimization & Scale: Track performance (traffic, conversion, AOV...) and drive continuous optimization
4. Others: Perform other tasks assigned by the Growth Marketing Lead/Manager
Yêu cầu
Education & Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in
Trade Marketing (retail/FMCG preferred); experience in store launch is a plus.
Strong logical thinking and analytical skills; proficient in Excel
Ability to multitask effectively and manage priorities
Capable of working independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
