Mô tả công việc

Trade Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement annual and quarterly trade marketing plans in line with brand and business objectives.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align priorities, channel focus, promotional calendars and allocate budgets effectively.
2. Promotion & Campaign Execution
Design and execute channel-specific trade promotions and activation programs (consumer promotions, in-store activation, visibility campaigns, etc.).
Oversee execution quality and ensure compliance across regions and retail outlets.
Coordinate with sales teams and distributors to roll out regional promotions.
3. Monitoring & Performance Evaluation
Track execution progress and program compliance across regions.
Measure effectiveness of trade activities based on KPIs: sales uplift, distribution coverage, ROI, etc.
Provide feedback and propose improvements based on real-time data and market input.
4. Team Supervision & Training
Manage field teams (PGs, activation staff) during campaign execution.
Train distributor teams and salesforce on new trade programs and execution guidelines.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in trade marketing, sales, or brand management (preferably in FMCG or retail).
Proven experience managing trade promotions and working with distributors, retailers, and cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of Southern GT channels and MT operations in HCMC.
Solid understanding of channel dynamics (GT, MT).
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Experience working with distributors and modern trade chains (E-mart, Lotte, CVSs, etc.) is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and trade-related tools/software.
