• Plan, execute trade marketing strategy for MT/GT Channel for product in confectionary market (Much related to In-store communication activities: PG Sampling, Activation POSM) on basis of maximum sales & operation profit.
• Analyze market basing Orion's internal data, Nielsen data (sales, distribution, display) & market observation (Trend & Competitor's behavior, shopper behavior, consumer behavior) to find out the insight, the gap & opportunities to build plans.
• Prepare for budget & resource for plan: find appropriate suppliers & Simulate cost, human resource as well as operating method with high level of customization depending on each project.
• Collaborate with other sales division & Marketing division to build trade marketing plan by channel/ regions for each category each monthly/ quarterly.
• Consult and coordinate with region sales team to design appropriate local programs to increase brand awareness.
• Find supplier, make quotation and organize bidding.
• Follow the progress to ensure each stage of plan is executed on time.
• Following the execution with supplier & sales team to ensure plan is delivered.
• Report evaluation the efficiency of each plan (Sales/Coverage, Display effect, Cost, Operating profit and Supplier's execution).
• Cost management (Control the cost under budget of plan).
• Manage the document to complete on time (contract with supplier,
purchasing invoice and other payment related document).
