Learning Strategy & Needs Analysis:
• Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify current and future skill requirements for individuals, teams, and GEOs.
Program Design & Development
• Build standardized training frameworks for both Group-level and GEOs to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Design, develop, and customize learning programs, workshops, and e-learning courses to meet diverse employee development needs.
Training Delivery & Methods
• Conduct and facilitate training sessions across Group and countries, requiring regular travel to ensure effective on-ground delivery.
• Oversee the implementation of blended learning methods including classroom training, coaching, job shadowing, digital learning, and onboarding programs.
Budget & Vendor Management
• Prepare, track, and manage L&D budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external training vendors.
Program Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
• Analyze and evaluate training effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Collect and interpret feedback to improve learning programs and align with organizational objectives.
Employee & Manager Development Support
• Support employees in career pathing and skill enhancement.
• Partner with managers to strengthen their capability in developing team performance and potential.
Materials & Resource Management
• Develop, update, and manage learning materials, training resources, and knowledge-sharing platforms.
• Ensure accessibility of resources across GEOs to drive consistent development opportunities.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Training, Psychology, Education, Business, or related field; master's or
certification (CIPD, ATD, SHRM) is a plus.
• Proven experience designing and delivering training at group and regional levels, with ability to travel and conduct sessions across countries.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Training, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing training programs.
• Strong knowledge of learning principles, instructional design, and e-learning/LMS tools.
• Skilled in analyzing training effectiveness and using data for improvement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong project management, with experience handling multiple initiatives.
• English proficiency required; regional languages a plus.
