Duties and Responsibilities
• To confer with management, the HR Manager, and HODs and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.
• To work closely with the HR Manager to develop Training programs for HODs and staff.
• To evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of such training programs and provide recommendations for improvements.
• To ensure that generic training is timely and effectively organized for employees.
• To ensure that the action and developmental plans agreed at the appraisals are actioned and followed up.
• To ensure that new or transferred employees have an effective induction program to which they are adhered to.
• To ensure that the Training Programme provides for the training needs identified at appraisals.
• To ensure that training is cost-effective and is effected for real needs and not for document reasons.
• Assist with the training and development of associates with an eye toward maximum associates' satisfaction, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold the hotel culture by demonstrating the hotel Standards at all times to guests and fellow associates.
Yêu cầu
What we need from you
At least 1-year experience as an HR Training Manager
A strong passion for training
Must speak English and Vietnamese
Pre-opening experience is plus
