Mô tả công việc
The Department is in full charge of, but not limited to, the following major work:
1. In cooperation with other Units or Departments to manage documentation process.
2. Ensures and supervises the preparation of any necessary reports in promptly and properly.
3. Department Head at his/her own discretions may assign additional jobs to you as so required other than those stated in the Job Description.
4. Registering customers for using the services of Cash and Trade, handling alteration notices from customers, making application for OTP (One - Time - Password) token.
5. Dispatching account reports, market reports and other updates to customers through GCMS Plus and the other services.
6. Providing technical assistance upon customer's queries.
7. Cash Management and Trade Finance related technical planning.
OTHER
- Collaborate with group/department and other relevant parties.
- Other operations instructed by the Management
Yêu cầu
• Year of experiences: 1-2 years in banking operation
• Type of university/ Major: University of Banking
• Soft Skills requirement: MS Office, Web browser
• English Capability: Listen, speak and write English
