Job Summary
Join Bosch Global Services as a Travel & Expense Customer Service Officer, where you will provide first-level support to associates worldwide on travel planning, expense claims, and related systems.
This role offers an opportunity to work in an international environment and gain hands-on experience with global processes and tools.
What You Will Do
- Provide first-line support to employees on travel bookings, expense claims, and company policies
- Handle inquiries via call center, ticket system, and internal platforms
- Assist users in troubleshooting travel & expense tools (bTravel, mobile application)
- Guide employees through the process of submitting travel requests and expense reports
- Resolve issues related to travel arrangements, reimbursements, and system errors within SLA
- Support compliance with Bosch travel & expense policies and procedures
- Handle employee disputes related to travel & expense topics
- Escalate complex cases to senior team members or SMEs when needed
- Contribute to knowledge base, FAQs, and continuous improvement initiatives
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in: Customer service / call center / Shared services
- Good command of English (verbal and written) and Japanese (N3 and above)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.) is a plus
- Familiarity with travel or expense systems is an advantage
