Mô tả công việc
• Understand overall company business flows and design solutions to meet demand of each internal functions: Commercial, Marketing, Design, Customer Services, Finance, Warehousing and 3rd party logistics.
• Examples of product to be developed or to be integrated: Omni-channel Order Management System, Data warehouse & Reporting system, E-commerce content management system, E-commerce visibility management system, Inventory planning system etc.
• Define product vision, and work closely with Architects and Software Engineering to oversee and approve product designs, enhancements, and quality.
• Collaborate with multiple product development / software engineering teams, outsourcing partners responsible for developing and launching platform application and components.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience required. Advanced degrees a plus.
• 10 years of relevant experience in a software product development organization required. Product Manager experience required; Product Owner experience a plus; Product director experience a plus.
• Experience with design prototype, building detail design document.
• Experience partnering with design teams and guiding UX a plus.
• Rapid knowledge in CRM, Ecommerce, Omni-channel, Data warehouse.
• Strong communication, planning, critical thinking, and organizing skills required. Must be able to analyze data, solve problems, make decisions, and continuously improve.
• Ability to work under pressure with time constraints
