Key Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager, you will handle one or more scopes as below, depending on project requirements. You will work as a team with one or more
Account Executives and in alignment with the BU Lead.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and address their needs in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
Manage client accounts and ensure continuous growth through upselling and cross-selling relevant services or products.
Meet or exceed team KPIs.
Account Strategy &
Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
Foresee and prepare revenue estimation plan on client base yearly/ quarterly.
Project Management:
Prepare quotations for certain briefs and plans.
Oversee the end-to-end execution of client projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
Develop detailed project plans, set clear timelines, and ensure effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.
Manage project scope, monitor progress, and proactively address potential roadblocks or delays.
Anticipate potential project challenges and collaborate with internal teams to mitigate risks before they impact the client.
Conduct regular status meetings with both clients and internal teams to track progress and adjust as needed.
Provide regular reports to management & clients on sales progress, project status, and any client challenges or feedback.
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within the budget.
Work closely with cross-functional teams & vendors to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Content Sponsorship: propose valid benefits and pack into benefit packages based on current source of Content to offer clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
Content Sponsorship - PREFERRED
Digital Media
Tech Integration/Product Business Analysis
Event/Activation Management
Sports/E-sports Marketing
Manage team of 2-3 team members
Skills:
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field is preferred.
