Mô tả công việc
Counseling Assistant
• Implementing daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the
counseling activities
• Arranging airport pickup, accommodation and welfare for students
• Other duties as assigned by Branch Manager.
• Filling application forms (paper applications)
• Arranging OSHC for students
• Handling visitor visa applications
• Lodging and following up student visa
• Registering IELTS tests and arranging English placement tests for students
• Working closely with ATS colleagues in relevant and similar capacity.
• Keying in data into sales force system and preparing weekly visa reports for counselors
• Calling up and emailing to invite students/parents to events
Customer Service
• Providing necessary, accurate and timely information to customers.
• Any other business, which may occur from time to time.
• Attending to customer needs, queries and ensuring that all customers are at ease.
