* Job Summary: Handle administrative support tasks
* Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of agreements in both English and Vietnamese including NDA, LOI, MOU, Term Sheet, Joint Venture Agreement, Share Holders Agreement etc.
- Participate in the meeting with Investment team to negotiate the desirable transaction structure with landlord/JV partner.
- Maintain and proper file corporate agreements, power of attorneys and other legal documents.
- Lead the discussion and negotiation with landlord/JV partner in terms of legal perspective.
- Collaborate with legal firm assigned by MEV to finalize the variety of agreements through conducting legal DD process.
- Translate the Vietnamese documents / information related to legal issues into English.
- Collaborate with Investment team to close the new deal such as acquiring the land, project by advising the legal opinions.
- Other legal related duties per assigned.
- Provide day to day legal support and general legal advice to other departments.
- Prepare the necessary materials/documents to proceed the legal procedure including notarization in relation to M&A Approval, Vietnam Competition Law etc.

- Attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills, in both English and Vietnamese. Japanese is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Good interpersonal and
customer service skills
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
