Responsible for overall managerial planning and analysis activities of the Representative Office of Abbott Laboratories SA in Ho Chi Minh City to ensure informed managerial decisions can be made by the leadership team.
Lead Abbott team to provide market research service and business investment opportunities promotion within Vietnam.
Regularly assess the organization structure to meet changing business needs. Develop and build strong controllership organization to meet both individual professional development and business growth needs.
Provide management support to vendor with respect to analysis of inventory, product standard costing
Provide training to staff force whenever necessary regarding company policies and procedures.
Carry special projects or analysis as directed by Senior management.
Provide support to commercial promotion management team
Lead the whole Abbott team, varying level of experience ranging from Analyst to Manager.
Prepare monthly and annual managerial reports to meet internal as well as Area & Division reporting requirements, while assuring that all reporting deadlines are met.
