We, Phu Hung Thinh Development Co. ltd - one of the subsidiaries of Phu My Hung Real Estate Development Corp. that was established in Apr 2019. Proudly to be the first choice property management services provider to most Phu My Hung projects (Midtown, Happy Valley Premier, Urban Hill, Saigon South Residence,...)
We are looking for a Civil Engineer, who will do:
Reviewing vendor's repair method statements and provide review results and suggestions for line manager's confirmation
Carrying out the other duties assigned by Division Head
Monitoring the repair & maintenance work progress and review the inspection records and quality control result on site
Setting up the Quality Control process for service team colleagues to follow on-site
Surveying the repair & maintenance requests at sites with service team colleagues & customers & vendors and provide reports for solutions
Searching and surveying for suitable vendors for resolve repair & maintenance request from service teams
We expect you have:
Have experience working for property management or using building management system is a plus
Working experience as Civil Engineer, related to Maintenance & repair
Understand the general MEP system of high-rise building
Good using AutoCAD, knowing Revit is a plus
Having experience for high rise building construction supervision & finish work supervision
Other information:
Working from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday morning)
Working at Phu My Hung, District 7, HCMC

Candidates are required to communicate in English. (Equivalent to TOEIC Score from 600)
Availability to work outside
Proficient in office informatics skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
