About the position:
Join our 5-star rated customer service team as a Customer Relations Representative. You will be responsible for assisting our clients which can range from personal to corporate clients. This means working on behalf of our clients in a professional manner for any area they need help with. Don&039;t know the insurance or customer service industry, no problem! We&039;ll teach you everything with our extensive training program.

Job Responsibilities
In-House Customer Service & Relationship Management:
Provide the highest level of customer service at all times & in all communications with clients, providers & vendors. This includes acting as a liaison between the client, insurer & treatment facility, including:
● Application admin processing, application forms, Contracts & VAT invoices
● Sending payment reminder to clients
● Answering inbound calls & handling directly.
● Answering questions about a client's policy
● Use CRM to manage client relationship during the policy year
● Distributing soft & hard copies of policy documents
● Updating our CRM with client details
● Payment notices
● Claims coordination, direct billing support & reimbursements
● Resolving client issues with our clients
House Client Renewals
In charge of renewal for House clients including:
● Assisting clients with payment process or cancellation
● Explaining any changes to the policy including benefits, term, premium,...
● Sending Renewal Notice and reminding clients to renew
● Other related miscellaneous tasks
● Requesting Renewal Notice from providers
● Re-quoting clients with other options if required
