Design & Construction Project for all E&M System (Rolling Stock, Signaling, Telecommunication, Power Supply, OCS, Track work, PSD, AFC, Depot & Workshop Equipment, F-SCADA, Signage & Graphics) for New MRT Line-1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Job Description;
Responsible & Job Details;
Job Title & Role; Electrical Engineer
(vii) Supervise E&M installation & construction at sites
(iii) Translation of Vietnamese/English document to English/Vietnamese document.
(i) Preparation and submission of any document in English and Vietnamese related to electrical issues for this project.
(x) Test substation & other electrical equipment at sites
(vi) Check Construction & Installation (C&I) Design, C&I Drawing of the Subcontractors, and propose/ instruct Subcontractor to amend/ upgrade their design.
(xii) Any works and documentation necessary for the execution of the Project, which is instructed by Power Supply System Manager
(xi) Transfer skill and knowledge to Employer/ O&M company to operate the equipment/ system.
(viii) Interface and negotiate with relevant parties to submit document, report, procedure, plan, letter [protected info] email, fax, telephone, software to register and get permission letter.
(v) Cooperate and monitor sub-contractors to solve issues;
(ix) Go to site as Supervisor/Engineer during C&I and T&C phase
(ii) Study and advice related to Vietnamese law, decree, regulation and Power Company's regulation.
(iv) Interpreter during the meeting with third parties.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
Level 1 certificate for Supervision is preferable
Good English (both written and spoken) skills and communication skills
Gender : Male / Female
Computer Skills: MS Office, AutoCAD, DIALux, ...
Experiences :
- At least 5 years experience in Design, C&I and T&C for Lighting/signaling System; Low/medium Voltage System.
- At least 8 years experience in supervising E&M installation & test at sites
University Degree, Bachelor Degree, major in Electrical Engineering, preferably graduated from HCMC University of Technology.
Good report and letter writing, communication and presentation skills.
Hard working, a team player with good interpersonal skills and comfortable liaising with people across all levels.
Motivated, resourceful, proactive and able to pay attention to details.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Mobilization Schedule; As soon as possible.
