 As a Business Analyst:
- Execute the statistic reports to support control the project progress
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to our customer
- Perform quality assurance and follow up UAT period
- Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements closely with Business Team
- Communicate key insights and findings to product/business team
- Compose business requirement document according to business requirement, coordinate with development team to enhance the systems
- Help design, document and maintain business and system processes
- Have experience in Life Insurance, Finance, Bank domain is preferred
- Own and develop relationship with Business Department/partners/providers, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
 Identifying and implementing KPIs and project milestones.
 As Lead Business Analyst:
- Communicate with project vendors on project risks and issues to secure timeline and cost
- Coach and train BAs on business analysis and communication skills
- Manage and coordinate efforts of BAs across multiple projects
- Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
- Exercise leadership in defining and proposing IT solutions to business users
